      The bug

Non-numeric inputs for the world seed will only ever be converted into a value between -2147483648 and 2147483647 inclusive, which is a very narrow window of the full space of valid world seeds (-9223372036854775808 to 9223372036854775807).

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a world with the seed I<EZH?
      2. Use /seed in the world once it generates to get what the string "I<EZH?" got converted into
      3. Now create a world with the seed I<EZH@ (as @ is one character above ? and therefore should generate a seed one higher than the previous)
      4. Use /seed in this world as well

      Expected results

The world with the seed I<EZH? would generate a world with the seed 2147483647, and the world with the seed I<EZH@ would generate a world with the seed 2147483648. In general, world seeds created from text should be able to exceed 2147483647/be lower than -2147483648.

      Actual results

The world with the seed I<EZH? does indeed generate a world with the seed 2147483647. However, the seed I<EZH@ becomes -2147483648, instead of 2147483648.
