Block gets first tick of breaking animation when placed after placing and breaking another block and once left clicking the block the texture returns to normal

Ways to reproduce the bug:

three steps are required
1.place a block
2.break that block
3.place another block of any type and that block will have the texture of the first tick of breaking said block instead of the normal texture
