      No grass will be generated in the pillagers outpost

      What actually happened was...:
      Chance to find small grass generations in pillagers outpost in some biomes

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Generate a world 
      2. Find a pillager outpost
      3. Have a change to find a few generations of grass
