This has only happened to me 1 time.

I was in spectator mode in the mine shaft looking for chests. I find one and do to the mine shaft then turn to survival mode. usually I might get stuck in a wall or clip threw it and enter the mine. the game glitched for a moment I was killed by the was all I had no time to fall. my character was still in the wall when the death animation plaid.

This time i got the death message Doomed to fall.

I was so angery i closed the game and deleted the game sins i lost my run.

I then went to the wiki page and found out its not a death that should not of happened so i am making a report.

I play vanilla mine craft no mods and no resource packs. just standard minecraft.
