The Bug:

Sniffers' searching animation scales with its movement speed, causing the searching animations to play rapidly or not at all.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a sniffer and wait for it to begin searching.
2. Once it begins searching, push the sniffer constantly in one direction.
3. Watch the sniffer's searching animation as you do this.
4. Take note as to whether or not sniffers' searching animation scales with its movement speed, causing the searching animations to play rapidly or not at all.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers' searching animation scales with its movement speed, causing the searching animations to play rapidly or not at all.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers' searching animation would not scale with its movement speed, thus causing the searching animations to not play rapidly or slowly.
