Ice block doesnt give speed when moving in the direction towards the very edge of the block, away from the middle, and landing on the edge. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM MC-1133, AND IS TESTED IN THE LATEST SNAPSHOT.

      What I expected to happen

When I land on the edge of the ice, I expect to get the speed effect. When I land on the edge of the slime, I expect to get the slime effect

      What actually happened was...:'

      I don't get any effect

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Recreate the parkour setup (attached image)

      2. Like in the attached video, go right against the wall of the leftmost block. Face towards the parkour, then press jump+sprint+move forward on the same tick, don't stop, and jump immediately on every block. You won't get speed on the last ice since you jumped towards the edge.

      3. Place the ice as shown in the video, then repeat step 2. You should land at basically the same place on the highest block, but since you placed the ice where the edge of the block used to be, you now get the speed effect and can make the jump while still jumping immediately on the same spot.

      4. The same can be done but with slime instead of ice on the highest block, and bouncing instead of jumping on the block. Landing on the edge, you won't bounce,
