In environments with higher ping, relative teleportation can cause your client location to be desynced with the server.
Here are two videos, one on a dedicated server and another one hosted elsewhere.
Notice how on the remote server, the flame gets desynced from the actual location, whilst on the local client its fine.
Commands (each tick):
