Keyboard navigation does not work in the book and quill GUI

      The Bug:

      The book GUI can no longer be navigated using the TAB key and arrow keys.

      In 1.19.3, the book and quill GUI could be navigated using the TAB key and arrow keys. In 1.19.4, it no longer can. This behavior was lost somewhere between 1.19.3 and 1.19.4.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Obtain a writeable book and open it.
      2. Press the TAB key and arrow keys multiple times in an attempt to select elements.
      3. Take note as to whether or not the book and quill GUI can no longer be navigated using the TAB key and arrow keys.

      Observed Behavior:

      The book and quill GUI can no longer be navigated using the TAB key and arrow keys.

      Expected Behavior:

      The book and quill GUI would be able to be navigated using the TAB key and arrow keys, just like how this was possible in prior versions of the game.
