Mipmap levels have not been working well for me on this new computer,
What I expected to happen was...:
on my previous computer, a render distance of 32 with mipmap level 4 gave me a smooth though granular horizon
What actually happened was...:
on my new computer since 1.19.3 I've noticed significant moire effect in the distance even at normal render distances (10-16) with mipmap level 4, changing 3d settings has not helped, even reset to default. the only way to fix currently is to upscale game to 5120 or put on specific shaders that have built in antialiasing mipmap (complementary, SEUS ptgi, etc)
Steps to Reproduce:
build a computer with these components - 5800x3D CPU, 3090 FE, 32gb 3600mhz, 980 pro ssd.
with this software - latest Nvidia driver, latest AMD chipset driver, (most important minecraft windows LEGACY launcher not windows 10/11)
launch on 1.19.4, superflat for best visual demonstration of bug
