(This is a bug for 1.19.3, but the affected versions didn't let me choose it)
(This might not be a bug in Minecraft's code, it could also be a problem with the server host I'm using for my server, but I am not sure) What happened was I logged out of my server, then the next day I logged back on, but the death screen was on and I don't think it actually counted as a death because when I looked in the logs for the server it had no record of a death (Though this also may just be a problem with Apex Hosting) and when I got to where I died there were no items on the ground, so I had most likely died while I was disconnected.
What I expected to happen was...:
I thought that my stuff would be there because I didn't understand how I could die when I was logged out and my Minecraft was closed, and if I died prior to logging in I would think that the server logs would have had a record of the death.
What actually happened was...:
I came to the conclusion that I died while I was offline because all my items had despawned, and I took less than 5 minutes to get to where I died so I had to have died at least five minutes before I logged in, and also the server logs had no record of the death
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I am not sure about how this happened but this is the things that may have led to this happening, first before that a day had past and when I tried to see if it would happen again a couple hours later, it didn't happen
2. It also seems like it has to be on a multiplayer server.
3. I don't know any more about this bug
