      The Bug:

The type of sniffer digging particles that are produced is determined by the block that sniffers are located on instead of the block that sniffers are digging.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a sniffer and wait for it to begin digging.
      2. Quickly change the block below its position to bedrock by using the command provided below.
        /execute at @e[type=minecraft:sniffer,limit=1,sort=nearest] run setblock ~ ~-1 ~ minecraft:bedrock
      3. Observe the type of digging particles that are produced.
      4. Take note as to whether or not the type of sniffer digging particles that are produced is determined by the block that sniffers are located on instead of the block that sniffers are digging.

      Observed Behavior:

The type of sniffer digging particles that are produced is determined by the block that sniffers are located on. This causes the type of sniffer digging particles to be inaccurate compared to the block that they're digging.

      Expected Behavior:

The type of sniffer digging particles that are produced would be determined by the block that sniffers are digging.
