The Bug:

Brushing briefly stops for a moment after brushing for excessive periods of time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a brush and begin brushing a block.
2. Wait for around twelve seconds and watch your brush closely.
3. Take note as to whether or not brushing briefly stops for a moment after brushing for excessive periods of time.

Observed Behavior:

Brushing briefly stops for a moment.

Expected Behavior:

Brushing would not briefly stop for a moment.
