Sometimes buttons get stuck. e.g.: starts auto-walking forever until you press the key again. I saw more reports of this, and I think the issue is not with the minecraft.jar but something like lwjgl or else (I don't know this stuff so good) Happens in Creative, Survival and Multiplayer. This is major bug, you could even die because of this.
