The Bug:

Sniffers cannot properly pathfind into water while burning.

When burning sniffers pathfind to water in an attempt to extinguish themselves, they often stand above the water without actually entering it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Construct a seven-by-seven pool of water.
2. Summon a sniffer adjacent to the pool and ignite it.
3. Watch closely as the sniffer pathfinds to the water.
4. Take note as to whether or not sniffers cannot properly pathfind into water while burning.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers cannot properly pathfind into water while burning.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers would be able to properly pathfind into water while burning.
