Buttons and sliders remain selected after clicking on them

      Summary:

      When selecting a button in the options menu, the button will stay focused even if it is not hovered until you select another option. This bug was introduced in 1.19.4.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go into the options menu
      2. Select an option button

      Observed Results:
      The button stays focused.

      Expected Results:
      The button should not be focused unless it is hovered.
