Steps to Reproduce:
- Place any sign or hanging sign;
- Walk to the back of it and edit;
- Compare the in world sign and the UI.
Observed Results:
The UI always displays the front of the sign, regardless of which side is being edited.
Expected Results:
The UI changes the texture displayed based on which side is being edited.

Notes: This is more noticeable with resource packs that change the sign texture to have more contrasting sides.
