The Bug:

Pointed dripstone can replace lava.

Here is an example:

Seed: -8693218012680318508
Coordinates: /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 338.44 -22.74 941.34 420.81 47.23

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates.
2. Look closely at the pointed dripstone and its surroundings.
3. Take note as to whether or not pointed dripstone can replace lava.

Observed Behavior:

Pointed dripstone can replace lava.

Expected Behavior:

Pointed dripstone would not be able to replace lava.
