Guardian lasers are not accessibility friendly when a Guardian targets the player while swimming, because the lasers cover the entire screen.
With the bug fix MC-165595 soon to be available to the general public with the release of 1.19.4 next week, the following issue would potentially plague even more players.
Ever since the swimming animation added in 1.13 that lowers the player's hitbox to be 1 block tall, as well as adjusting the player's camera to be around the center of the player's hitbox, this exposes an issue that doesn't really exist prior to 1.13 where if you enter swimming mode while guardians are attacking you, the camera will be positioned in the middle of the guardian beam animation, causing heavy flashing imagery.
Notice the attachments when the player is standing upright that the guardian beam is positioned appropriately, compared to the camera position during the swimming animation, especially when a large number of guardians are present.
I am reporting this issue due to Mojang's continued efforts of making the game more accessibility friendly with various bug fixes on the matter, as well as the latest High Contrast built in texture pack.
