The number above says 1.19.3 but it's actually every version that has a nether portal.

The exploit works by entering the nether and removing the 4 blocks from around the portal, you can do this over and over again until you have infinite obsidian, this gets especially annoying in multiplayer with people having 30 stacks of obsidian.
