Parity Issue: Suspicious sand does not break after brushing like Bedrock

      The Bug:

      On Bedrock edition, brushing suspicious sand will cause it to break, which can make sand above it fall, including other suspicious sand, causing it to also break. This plays into the needing to "brush carefully" with the archeology system.

      On Java, the sand simply converts into normal sand. Unsure of which is supposed to be the "proper" way, but it's a parity issue nonetheless.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Try brushing suspicious sand on Bedrock. The sand will break after being fully brushed
      2. Try this again on Java. The sand will instead convert to normal sand.
