On the Create New World screen, the "Game Rules", "Experiments", "Data Packs" and "Customize" options do not have an ellipse even though buttons that lead to another screen usually do.
To check this, go to the Options screen and see that all its buttons follow this rule (MC-148736 has a good explanation of this).
