Shields (and items that have the equippable component with slot set to offhand) do not make an equipping sound when swapped into the offhand from the player's inventory in Survival mode, or when swapped into the offhand from the crafting interface, using the "Swap Item With Off Hand" key.

How to reproduce:

For the Survival inventory method:

1. Go into Survival mode with a shield.
2. Place the shield in your inventory.
3. Press your "Swap Item With Off Hand" key (F by default) while hovering over the shield in the inventory to equip it.
   → The shield does not make a sound when equipped.

For the crafting interface method:

1. Give yourself a shield.
2. Place a crafting table and use it (right mouse button by default).
3. Press your "Swap Item With Off Hand" key (F by default) while hovering over the shield in the interface to equip it.
   → The shield does not make a sound when equipped.

Expected result:

Shields would play a sound when equipped using the offhand key to be consistent with equipping with any other method.

Observed result:

In Survival mode, shields do not play an equip sound when equipped by using offhand keys in the inventory or crafting interface.
