Expected: Shields would play a sound when equipped using the offhand key to be consistent with equipping with any other method.

Reality: In survival mode, shields do not play an equip sound when equipped by using offhand keys in the inventory or crafting interface.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go into survival mode with a shield.
2. Place the shield in your inventory.
3. Press "F" (or whatever your offhand key is set to) on the shield in the inventory to equip it.
4. Observe that the shield does not make a sound when equipped.
5. This bug also occurs when equipping a shield to the offhand in the crafting interface in both creative and survival.
