1) Make an iron helmet enchanted with curse of binding
2) /summon zombie_villager ~ ~ ~ {CanPickUpLoot:1b,ConversionTime:200}
3) Drop the helmet, let the zombie villager pick it up and transform
4) Kill the villager to see that no items are dropped

Notes:
After performing "/data get entity" on the villager, it looks like the helmet enters the villager's inventory rather than remaining on the armour slots
