Even if the experimental function is turned on in the world creation page, the debug mode still ignores the setting.
Since MC-257009 is fixed, it is expected that the debug mode should not ignore the experimental function settings.
Or continue to maintain the previous settings, remove the experimental function option of the debug mode to avoid player misunderstanding.
