Water mobs cannot be ridden in water

      When using the /ride command to mount a water mob, you will be immediately thrown off

       

      To reproduce:

      /ride <player> mount <squid|axolotl|dolphin|turtle|guardian|fish>

      If this mob is under water it will immediately throw you off
