      The Bug:

      Texts from buttons at scrollable menus can overlap the texts from buttons outside the list.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the "Video Settings", "Accessibility Settings" or the "Chat Settings" menu.
      2. Move the buttons list a bit below.
      3. Observe how text from list buttons overlap the other buttons outside.
