Steps to Reproduce:
1) Set a high spawnRadius for enough lag in respawning
2) Obtain the "Player was killed by [Intentional Game Design]" death message
3) In the Death screen, first click Respawn and, as it greys out, press the "Intentional Game Design" link
4) Stay on the "Are you sure you want to open this link?" window until you respawn
5) Press Escape to see that you are now in the Death Screen even after respawning
