The Bug:

Sniffers can sniff out and follow players in spectator mode.

Sniffers will sometimes follow and sniff out nearby targets, however, they can also do this with players in spectator mode, and this shouldn't base the case since spectators aren't supposed to be able to interact the world, or any entities within it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a sniffer and wait for it to begin sniffing you out.
2. Once it does this, switch to spectator mode, and fly around the sniffer.
3. Observe the sniffer's behavior as you do this.
4. Take note as to whether or not sniffers can sniff out and follow players in spectator mode.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers can sniff out and follow players in spectator mode.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers would not be able to sniff out and follow players in spectator mode.
