The Bug:

Sniffers constantly play their walking animations when they're pushed into blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a hollow box of blocks around yourself by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~5 ~-1 ~5 ~-5 ~5 ~-5 minecraft:sea_lantern hollow

2. Summon a sniffer within the box, push it into some blocks, and watch its legs closely as you do this.
3. Take note as to whether or not sniffers constantly play their walking animations when they're pushed into blocks.

Observed Behavior:

Sniffers constantly play their walking animations.

Expected Behavior:

Sniffers would not play their walking animations.
