Summary:
Torchflowers seeds and Torchflowers hitboxes are different. The sides of Torchflowers seeds are 8px and Torchflowers are 6px. The height is the same.
It is completely illogical that the seeds are larger than the flower. I think the hitboxes should be the same (at least for Torchflowers and grown Torchflowers).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Compare hitboxes torchflower seeds and torchflower.

Observed results:
The seed hitbox is larger than the flower hitbox.

Expected results:
The hitboxes are the same.
