      The Bug:

      Decorated pots aren't rendered when held by endermen or as block display entities.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      By enderman

      1. Summon an enderman holding a decorated pot by using the command provided below. 
        /summon minecraft:enderman ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,carriedBlockState:{Name:"minecraft:decorated_pot"}}
      2. Look at the item held in its hands.
      3. Take note as to whether or not decorated pots are rendered when held by endermen.

      As block display

      1. Summon a block display with a decorated pot blockstate with the command provided below. 
        /summon minecraft:block_display ~ ~ ~ {block_state:{Name:"minecraft:decorated_pot"}}
      2. Take note as to whether or not decorated pots are rendered as block display entities.

      Observed Behavior:

      Decorated pots aren't rendered.

      Expected Behavior:

      Decorated pots would be rendered.
