When you open the game for the first time the accessibility onboarding screen asks "Would you like to enable the Narrator or visit the Accessibility Settings?" but it's also possible to change the language. So I think the question should be "Would you like to enable the Narrator, visit the Accessibility Settings or change the language?" or something like this.
