Instead of riding your horse into water and automatically sinking and being kicked off, the horse swims across, jumping up and down and getting higher and higher into the air instead of sinking or swimming normally. you get so high that the horse goes underwater enough to where you get kicked off, this works in any gamemode.

Replicate by riding a horse across water, nothing is affecting the horse it just happens.
