Tooltips from selected buttons and sliders don't disappear when expected

      The bug

      The "create new world" tab has a bug where the "tip" won't disappear, therefore stays in front of everything.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open the Create New World menu.
      2. Press Tab once.
      3. Notice how the game mode tooltip hovers over the button.
      4. Move the mouse downwards and hover over the other buttons.
      5. The first tooltip stays in place.
