Hello!

I am unable to play on my Minecraft Realm server. I have managed to get in a few times but only for short periods before I get kicked out again.
I get error messages such as "internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset" and that they failed to log me in.
I've tried everything I could find on the internet and I've tried everything I was told to do through Customer Support.
How can I fix this?
