Steps to Reproduce:
1) Make the setup shown in the attachments
2) Make sure that you are midway in climbing by crouching and then press the button
3) Observe that the generic death message ("<player> fell off whilst climbing") appears instead of "<player> fell off a ladder"

The setup can have the ladder replaced by another climbable block but the player needs to midway in climbing it
