I saw that there were the smithing templates added to the game, so I wanted to try them out. However, when I went into the game, I could not find them with any means that I could think of while in creative mode. They did not show up in the creative menu, and I was not able to /give myself any either. Attached below are some screengrabs I took of the issue, also going into the main menu to confirm I was in 23w04a.
