If you teleport to a location which doesn't have chunks generated yet, you are teleported into a mysterious area.

It looks that the block in front of you is some kind of dark stone. You can't move around, you are locked in there forever.

How to reproduce

1. Generate a world with the following seed: -1328133350562651300
2. Type in the following command: 

   /locate structure minecraft:village

    to show the nearest village coordinates.

1. Teleport to that area.
2. The bug may have been triggered
