When certain buttons, sliders or other elements such as text fields get selected either by using TAB, arrow keys or just by clicking on them won't lose focus after clicking current menu's background.

As an example, here we have a screenshot of the accesibility settings screen, where a certain slider is selected via arrow keys, highlighting the button and displaying the tooltip correctly:

After clicking the dirt background the tooltip disappears, however the slider is still highlighted when it shouldn't:

This happens with others buttons as well, but it should be noted that it doesn't happen with the "Done" and "Cancel" button located below, as clicking the dirt background would deselect these buttons if they're highlighted, which is the expected result.

This is also inconsistent with other elements such as text fields, which would lose focus when the menu's background is clicked:

Some other things to note:

1. Some text fields, such as those in the gamerules menu (in world creation menu) won't lose focus after clicking the background.
2. This isn't exclusive to buttons or sliders, as this happens with other selected fields, such as selected servers (in multiplayer menu), selected resource packs (in their proper menu) and selected presets (in world creation menu).

Expected result
Current focused buttons, sliders and other elements within the UI would be deselected after clicking menu's background, removing the inconsistencies.
