The Bug:

The "Welcome to Minecraft!" prompt box can be selected despite serving no function.

Normally, elements can only be selected via the mouse cursor or keyboard navigation if they can be interacted with, however, the "Welcome to Minecraft!" prompt box can be selected despite serving no function.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open options.txt and set the "onboardAccessibility" option to "true".
2. Launch the game and attempt to select the "Welcome to Minecraft!" prompt box via the mouse cursor or keyboard navigation.
3. Take note of how the "Welcome to Minecraft!" prompt box can be selected despite doing nothing when interacted with.

Observed Behavior:

The prompt box can be selected.

Expected Behavior:

The prompt box would not be able to be selected because it doesn't do anything when you attempt to interact with it.
