Enderman take no damage from Wither explosion and very rarely take damage from Withers projectiles while Wither is trapped and don't teleport away from snow golems projectiles in Java 1.19.3.

What I expected to happen was...:
Withers use to damage Enderman either way in earlier versions. I'm assuming Enderman should teleport away from snow golem projectiles before getting hit.

What actually happened was...:
Enderman just bounce back when being hit by the Withers projectiles, Enderman don't take damage from the explosions anymore, and Enderman don't teleport away from the snow golems projectiles.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a Wither in a cage like ones you use for a wither rose farm.

 and spawn Endermen next to it. For the other just put snow golems next to Endermen.
2. Spawn Endermen next to it.
3. For the other just put snow golems next to Endermen.
