      The Bug:

      Sleeping players and villagers have their eye heights positioned outside of their hitboxes.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place down a bed and summon a villager nearby.
      2. Set the time to "night" and wait for the villager to enter the bed.
      3. Enable entity hitboxes by pressing "F3 + B".
      4. Look closely at the villager's eye height as shown by the red lines.
      5. Take note as to whether or not sleeping players and villagers have their eye heights positioned outside of their hitboxes.

      Observed Behavior:

      Eye heights are positioned outside of the entity's hitbox.

      Expected Behavior:

      Eye heights would be positioned inside of the entity's hitbox.
