I play on an HP laptop and play mc Java. I cannot see my skin in single player and multipayler, and also cannot see others skins, they all appear and the deafult skins. I cannot find any information on how to fix this that I have not tried. The following is everything I have tried so far:

• "repairing" and "resetting" the launcher
• terminating the launcher
• uninstalling and reinstailing the launcher
• turning off the "only allow trusted skins" on my xbox on bedrock
• looked through all the settings in game, out of game and in the launcher and found nothing related to the issue

I have tried to explore the files but found nothing. I've searched almost everywhere for answers and i've tried everything I've seen. Does anyone know how to fix this?
