the torches are only emitting light on the block they were placed on.

What I expected to happen was...:
torches should normally emit light in a area slowly getting darker

What actually happened was...:
the torches only produced the normal light level on the block they have been placed on.

Steps to Reproduce:

i don't know how it happened and now when ever i place a torch it acts normal i still have 3 i have not replaced yet

1: i placed torches down a mine normally and they produced normal light levels

2: i paused the game and left my computer closed for a while 

3: i came back and they all weren't producing light.

i have also noticed it is affecting the light in the area as well which is the other screenshots where there is no light in that area of the mine.
