While I explode loads of TNT at survival mode USING FLINT AND STEEL, and switch immediately to a sword which has been named on an anvil, and I am exploded to death, the death message says "<my name> is exploded by <my name> using <sword's name>". This is very weird and probably affects other ways to die.
