Reproduce:

Find a slime chunk.

Make a spawning platform made of respawn anchors.

Cycle the platform between different charge levels. (use /fill to make this easier)

Outcome:

Slimes will spawn when the platform is between 0 to 3 charges but not when it is at 4 charges.

Expected:

Spawning occurs no matter the charge level of the respawn anchors.
