Sometimes bees just get stuck to the ground for no apparent reason and don't move until they are moved by the player. There's no flowers on the ground, although there are moss carpets with campfires underneath.

Also, when interacting with a beehive(bottle, shears, Silk Touch pickaxe) while in the air, bees get aggravated despite the beehive being smoked.
