1.19.3 protection causing ender crystal damage reduce more under hard mode

      When stand right on a ender crystal having 4 protection IV  enchanted full-set netherite armor under hard mode, the damage reduce from 19 heart in 1.19.2

      to 12 heart in 1.19.3.

      When change one protection IV to blast protection IV, the damage reduce to ~6.5 heart in 1.19.3.

      The damage change of protection did not mention in the update, and are causing play style changing in the crystal PVP.
