The Bug:

Shulker boxes can be opened when blocked by sculk veins.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a shulker box.
2. Place down some sculk veins next to the shulker box.
3. Attempt to open the shulker box.
4. Take note as to whether or not shulker boxes can be opened when blocked by sculk veins.

Observed Behavior:

Shulker boxes can be opened when blocked by sculk veins.

Expected Behavior:

Shulker boxes would not be able to be opened when blocked by sculk veins.
