An error show up when i launch Minecraft

Saying that another Minecraft Launcher is already up, but it is not true so i don't understand (ctrl+alt+suppr checked, nothing about minecraft launcher)

I reinstall, tried in admin mod but nothing

I installed minecraft on another computer recently and had no problem
